Every Local SEO tool, in one platform

Replace 6+ separate Local SEO tools with one AI-driven workspace built for Google Business Profile rankings.

Local SEO fails in ordinary ways. A profile is set up once and never revisited, reviews go unanswered for weeks, and nobody notices a keyword slipping out of the map pack until the phone stops ringing. Every feature below exists because one of those things happens on almost every listing we look at — and because each of them is fixable by something that runs on a schedule instead of by remembering.

AI Optimization

Most Google Business Profiles are not badly written — they are half-finished. A title, one category, a description someone wrote at setup and never revisited. Google has room for nine more categories, twenty-five services and a Q&A section, and the profiles that fill them are the profiles that show up for more than their own business name. This is the part of the platform that fills them, using what your ranking competitors already do rather than a generic template.

Analytics & Tracking

Google shows you a rank; it does not show you where you rank. A listing can sit first at its own front door and vanish two streets away, and a single position number hides that completely. These tools measure the whole area, name the searches customers actually used to find you, and tell you when a keyword slips out of the top three rather than leaving you to notice months later.

🔍

Real Customer Queries

Pulls actual search terms customers used to find you from Google's Performance API.

📊

Performance Dashboard

Calls, direction requests, website clicks, chat clicks, total impressions — live from Google.

📈

Growth Analytics

Daily & monthly trends across all your listings with delta-vs-previous-period.

🎯

Visibility Score

Composite metric combining rank, in-pack frequency, and click-through.

🔔

Rank-Loss Alerts

Email/Slack notifications when a keyword drops out of the top 3.

Review Management

Reviews are the highest-leverage ranking factor you can directly influence, and replies are the half most businesses skip. Google reads them, and so does every customer weighing a one-star complaint. The work is not hard, it is relentless — which is exactly the kind of work to automate, with the safeguard that anything angry reaches a human before it reaches the public.

💬

AI-Drafted Replies

Personalized responses that reference the reviewer's actual feedback. No templates.

Bulk Approve & Auto-Post

Approve all in one click — replies post to Google within minutes via the API.

🚨

Negative Review Escalation

Reviews under 3 stars route to your team with SLA timers.

📊

Sentiment Analytics

Topic clusters, recurring complaints, fake-review detection.

For Agencies & Multi-Location

Running twenty listings is not running one listing twenty times. The reporting, the approvals and the access control are the actual job, and they are what breaks first when an agency scales on tools built for a single business. These features exist so that adding a client costs you minutes rather than another recurring hour.

🏢

Multi-Location Dashboard

One dashboard for unlimited listings. Bulk-optimize across chains and franchises.

🎨

White-Label Reports

Branded PDF reports with your logo, colors, and domain.

👥

Team Accounts

Role-based access for managers, copywriters, and SEO specialists.

🔌

API Access

Sync GrowMe Locally with your CRM, BI stack, and reporting tools.

How the platform actually works

You connect your Google Business Profile once. From there the platform reads your live listing — categories, services, photos, posts, reviews and the search terms Google says customers used to reach you — and compares it against the businesses currently outranking you in your own city. Nothing is guessed from a template: a recommendation to add three categories names the three, and shows which competitors already have them.

You approve what you want. Approved changes are pushed to Google through the official API, so they land on your real listing rather than in a report you then have to action by hand. After that the schedule takes over: ranks are checked daily, the surrounding area is re-mapped weekly, replies are drafted as reviews arrive, and posts go out on a rotation. Work that used to need remembering now only needs approving.

Who it is built for

Single-location businesses get the part they never have time for. A plumber, a dentist or a taxi firm does not need another dashboard so much as a listing that stays optimised and reviews that get answered the same week — both of which happen without logging in.

Agencies get the reporting and approval layer that makes twenty clients practical: one dashboard, white-label PDFs, role-based access so a copywriter cannot publish to Google, and bulk optimisation so onboarding a client takes minutes rather than an afternoon.

Multi-location brands get consistency. The same category set, the same service names and the same NAP across every branch — the single thing that most reliably separates chains that rank locally from chains that do not.

What it will not do

It will not invent reviews and it will not hide bad ones. Both breach Google's policies, and customers spot an all-five-star wall anyway. It will not promise you a position, because nobody controls Google's ranking and a guaranteed number is a number somebody made up. And it cannot fix a listing that is suspended or unverified — that has to be settled with Google directly, and no tool can do it on your behalf.

What it does do is make sure everything inside your control is done, kept current and measured. For most local businesses that is the whole difference between a profile that ranks and one that merely exists.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Google Business Profile already?
Yes — the platform optimises an existing verified profile rather than creating one. If your listing is unverified or suspended, that has to be settled with Google first; no tool can do it on your behalf.
Does it change my listing automatically without asking?
No. Every recommendation waits for your approval. Once approved it is pushed to Google through the official Business Profile API, so it lands on the real listing rather than in a report you then have to action by hand.
How long before rankings actually move?
Usually two to three months for category and service changes to settle, sometimes sooner for a profile that was badly incomplete. Anyone promising a specific position in a specific week is quoting a number they invented.
Can I use it for more than one location?
Yes. Multi-location and agency plans add a single dashboard, bulk optimisation across listings, white-label reports and role-based access so a copywriter cannot publish to a client's profile.
What happens if I disconnect Google?
Changes already applied stay on your listing permanently — it is your profile. What stops is the ongoing work: rank checks, review replies and scheduled posts pause until you reconnect.
Does it write fake reviews or hide bad ones?
No. Both breach Google's policies and risk the listing itself, and customers spot an all-five-star wall anyway. It drafts replies to the reviews you genuinely have, including the negative ones.
