FAQ

Pricing questions

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — for subscription plans you can upgrade or downgrade anytime and we prorate the difference. For one-time plans, you can purchase additional listings or upgrade tiers at any time.
Is the one-time pricing really one-time?
Yes. If a plan is marked one-time, you pay once and the optimization is yours forever — no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, no expiring access.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard — your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, then ends with no further charges.
Do you offer agency reseller pricing?
Yes. Agencies managing 25+ listings get reseller pricing, white-label PDF reports, team accounts, and a dedicated account manager. Contact sales.

How the pricing works

There are two separate things you can pay for, and most businesses only ever need the first. The one-time unlock covers applying every approved change to a single listing — categories, services, description, title, FAQs — through Google's official API. It is per listing rather than per change, and once those edits are on your profile they stay there whether or not you remain a customer.

Subscriptions exist for the work that repeats. Rankings drift, competitors add categories, reviews arrive at inconvenient times and a profile that has not been touched in a year starts to look abandoned to Google. If you want daily rank checks, weekly coverage maps, drafted review replies and scheduled posts running without you remembering, that is what the monthly plans buy. If you just want a neglected listing brought up to standard and then left alone, you do not need one.

The audit is free in either case, and it is a real audit rather than a teaser — you see every recommendation, including the exact categories and services you are missing and which competitors already have them. Paying only decides whether the platform applies them for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can connect your Google Business Profile and run the full audit for free — you see every recommendation, including the categories and services you are missing. Payment applies only when you want those changes pushed live to Google.
What does the one-time fee cover?
$99 unlocks applying every approved change to one listing through the official Google Business Profile API — title, description, categories, services and FAQs. It is per listing, not per change, and it is not a subscription.
Do I need a subscription as well?
No. The one-time unlock is enough if you want a listing optimised and left alone. Subscriptions exist for the work that repeats — daily rank checks, weekly geo-grid scans, automatic review replies and scheduled posts — which is where multi-location businesses and agencies get their value.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no minimum term. Subscriptions are monthly and cancel at the end of the period you have paid for; nothing auto-renews after you cancel.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?
Every change already applied stays on your Google Business Profile — it is your listing and the edits are permanent. What stops is the ongoing work: no further rank checks, review replies or scheduled posts.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency shown on this page is the one you are charged in; it is set site-wide rather than guessed from your location, so the price you see is the price that reaches your card.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the window set out in our refund policy. Because the audit is free, you can see exactly what the platform recommends for your listing before paying anything at all.
Is there a discount for agencies or multiple locations?
Yes. Plans scale by number of listings rather than charging per listing at full price, and the higher tiers add the bulk operations, white-label reports and team permissions that agencies need. Talk to us if you manage more than the largest published tier.
